Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Canada since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 13% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -24% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Canada has so far made 4505218 tests of which 120375 cases have been tested positive. Of the 120375 confirmed cases 8991 deaths have been recorded, 106727 are recovered, 2282 are critical and 4657 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Canada has seen 3186 cases per million, 238 deaths per million and done 119253 tests per million.
