Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Chile since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 20% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -42% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Chile has so far made 1841355 tests of which 376616 cases have been tested positive. Of the 376616 confirmed cases 10178 deaths have been recorded, 349541 are recovered, 1268 are critical and 16897 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Chile has seen 19683 cases per million, 532 deaths per million and done 96238 tests per million.
