Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Dominican Republic since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 19% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -42% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Dominican Republic has so far made 65355 tests of which 14801 cases have been tested positive. Of the 14801 confirmed cases 458 deaths have been recorded, 8133 are recovered, 113 are critical and 6210 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Dominican Republic has seen 1366 cases per million, 42 deaths per million and done 6031 tests per million.
