Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Ecuador since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 24% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -48% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Ecuador has so far made 246730 tests of which 86524 cases have been tested positive. Of the 86524 confirmed cases 5750 deaths have been recorded, 36213 are recovered, 363 are critical and 44561 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Ecuador has seen 4898 cases per million, 325 deaths per million and done 13966 tests per million.
