Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Mexico since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 14% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -32% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Mexico has so far made 6355381 tests of which 2295435 cases have been tested positive. Of the 2295435 confirmed cases 211213 deaths have been recorded, 1820959 are recovered, 4798 are critical and 263263 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Mexico has seen 17657 cases per million, 1625 deaths per million and done 48888 tests per million.
