Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Nigeria since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 15% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -23% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Categorised Mobility Trends

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Nigeria has so far made 286091 tests of which 44129 cases have been tested positive. Of the 44129 confirmed cases 896 deaths have been recorded, 20663 are recovered, 7 are critical and 22570 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Nigeria has seen 214 cases per million, 4 deaths per million and done 1385 tests per million.
