Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Panama since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 28% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -51% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Panama has so far made 247212 tests of which 75394 cases have been tested positive. Of the 75394 confirmed cases 1664 deaths have been recorded, 49510 are recovered, 157 are critical and 24220 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Panama has seen 17444 cases per million, 385 deaths per million and done 57203 tests per million.
