Seychelles has so far made 21504 tests of which 4976 cases have been tested positive. Of the 4976 confirmed cases 25 deaths have been recorded, 4501 are recovered, 0 are critical and 450 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Seychelles has seen 50348 cases per million, 253 deaths per million and done 217581 tests per million.
Seychelles recorded its first fatality among health workers from COVID-19 after the death of Gerry Govinden on Monday. The Ministry of Health sent condolences to family and friends.
