Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Sri Lanka since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 21% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -35% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Sri Lanka has so far made 4950195 tests of which 513609 cases have been tested positive. Of the 513609 confirmed cases 12680 deaths have been recorded, 454532 are recovered, 0 are critical and 46397 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Sri Lanka has seen 23862 cases per million, 589 deaths per million and done 229986 tests per million.
