Uganda Mobility Trend

Avg Mobility Trend Vs. COVID19 Cases

According to the Mobility trend in Uganda since the outbreak of COVID19, an average of 17% change in mobility has been observed in residential areas and an average of -31% change in mobility in non residential activities such as retails, parks, driving, etc.

The Average Mobility trend is an average of multiple Mobility datasets presented by location and highlights the percentage change(from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, parks etc and mobility activities like walking and driving within a geographic area. The raw data is derived from Google and Apple.

Each category of mobility trend represents the change of percentage (from baseline) in visits to places like grocery stores, pharmacy, parks and mobility activities like walking & driving. The data representing Walking and driving trends are dericed from are Apple and rest of the data such as visits to park, grocery, pharma etc has been derived from Google.

Uganda has so far made 522286 tests of which 10691 cases have been tested positive. Of the 10691 confirmed cases 97 deaths have been recorded, 6992 are recovered, 0 are critical and 3602 cases are active and under treatment. On an average till now Uganda has seen 232 cases per million, 2 deaths per million and done 11316 tests per million.
